Regular Season Round 10: Borac BL - TFT 62-80

There was a surprise result when ninth ranked North MacedonianTFT (3-2) beat higher ranked Bosnian Borac (3-2) in Banja Luka 80-62 on Thursday. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Justin Gordon (198-1993, college: Wofford) who helped to win the game recording 28 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). The other American import power forward Raymond Somerville (211-2000, college: Delaware St.) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) for the winners. Gordon is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. TFT's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Serbian-Bosnian power forward Dusan Makitan (205-2005) replied with 15 points and 8 rebounds and Montenegrin forward Balsa Mirotic (197-1997) added 9 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Borac. TFT moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Borac .
